Exodus makes regular visits to insure system integrity… We schedule an appointment once a quarter to come to your facility and inspect your system, clean dust filters, vacuum surfaces of the gear, clean tape heads, check and repair all the input connections at the chancel, test each channel of the mixer and run test signals through the system to verify the integrity of the amplifiers and speaker systems.
Proactive System Maintenance… Sometimes a small problem can escalate into a very expensive repair. Very often we can identify and address a problem before it is even noticed by system operators.
We do our best not to leave you in a bind… The service includes discount pricing on any additional service or repair required and free loaner equipment. Loaner equipment is based on availability.
